Talking to some of my friends in government agencies. They all had a similar issue with their communications system not always being consistent. I want to solve that issue by making a unique system that takes all design features from Discord, Slack, and a hollywood film about any government org; which meshes them all together to form something coherent — not only much easier to use, but safer because its all in house.
Wire Framing: Nav & Discussions
Wire Framing for a large undertaking like Proton is necessary for my own sanity... and organization. I chose to use an almost high-fidelity design, the navigation has some high fidelity features like design quirks that make Proton look more like what you would see in a movie based on the military.

However, as we get to the main screen where discussions are listed, I bump it down so I can view where things will go, and how cramped the screen would be If I chose to go down that route.
Wire Framing: Live Map
As I get closer and closer to finishing this project. I add in more details to my wire frames that would consider it as high fidelity, such as logos, text in spaces, etc.. but that's not the goal. The goal is to get the user immersed and taken aback by the ease of navigation around Proton in the early stages, and how let them view simple it is to take action during uncertain times. A press of a button could help hundreds, if not thousands of people. The live map should show human efforts on the ground, threat levels, and provide a simple way to take action.
Check back here soon for more progress.
I update this weekly.
